    I have mobile Samsung galaxy w have android version 2.3.6,
    Can I connect it to Delphi XE5 or not?

    I don't know exactly which model you have, but I think it is compatible. See what Embarcadero says: http://docwiki.embarcadero.com/RADStudio/XE5/en/Android_Devices_Supported_for_Application_Development
